LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
ἐκλεκτός (gk.) CHOSEN OUT OF
The prophet Jeremiah thought he was too young to lead. God knew him better, even before he was in his mom’s womb. God chose him out of the dark world and called him to obedience and love. Jeremiah was eklektos, he was to lead with the assurance that God would give them a heart to know him.

HIGH SCHOOL
Seasoned eklektos, 24:7 Leaders will have various opportunities such as rolling out a “YOU ARE LOVED 24:7” local school campaign, and serving the young foster home for Christmas.

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Not too young, like Jeremiah, leaders will do a t-shirt drive that supports the Malawi Outreach, and invite local youth to know and return to the Lord.

COLLEGE
Chosen out of the dark, leaders will teach Bible studies and serve in leadership in the foster homes, with opportunities to grow within MBM.
